Terms and Conditions:

Order forms must be completed in full and with payment information.  All orders require a prepayment or they will not be published on the site.   By signing the agreement, you authorize that you are either the Builder or licensed Real Estate listing agent of said property.  "The Deal" as you have specified on the order form will be honored by you and it is your responsibility to notify us in writing of any changes or expirations dates of the special offer(s).  We reserve the right to remove any listings due to inaccurate or missing information at any time.  Any listing that appears on BuilderCloseout.biz will remain active as long as it is active in the Triangle Multiple Listing Service (TMLS).  If the listing becomes inactive, pending, sold, or withdrawn, that listing will no longer be displayed on BuilderCloseout.biz.
